At Emerge Specialized Education Center, we understand that every child learns differently. That’s why we’ve designed a unique and comprehensive program that integrates specialized instruction with the support of a highly qualified Special Education Teacher(s) (SPED) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Our goal is to create a nurturing and effective learning environment where every student can thrive.

Emerge Specialized Education Center’s mission is to educate and promote maximum learning to our special needs students, with the assistance from a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for each student to help in that mission. From our personal experience in working in multiple school settings, we have observed many times that well-meaning educational systems and educators may not be equipped with knowledge to know how to work with problem behaviors for our students to learn academically. That is why we recognize the importance of having each student paired with an individual RBT for the best educational outcomes. Educators focus on teaching, while our RBT’s focus on one-to-one assistance behaviorally (i.e., sitting, attending, listening, social skills to interact with peers, completing homework, etc.) through the process of learning. This is the most effective approach to help our students to acquire education.
We go beyond traditional learning models by providing a personalized approach that addresses each student's specific needs.
Our experienced ESE teachers are passionate about providing tailored instruction and support to students with diverse learning profiles.
Our team of RBTs works closely with teachers and students to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies, fostering positive learning habits and social-emotional growth.
We believe in the power of collaboration between teachers, therapists, parents, and students to create a holistic and supportive learning experience.
